Xferq.library
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
    This is the replacement to the  Flow.library.
    It manages a database of filenames queued for transmission over a
   network link.
    This Library is still under development and is subject to change.
    It comes with an 'ARexx' interface.
    System software Release version 2.04 is required.
